What is an RSS Feed? (and why should you get it!)
RSS stands for “Really Simple Syndication” and web surfers can use a Feed Reader or an Aggregator to alert them anytime new content is added to a site. There’s no need to browse all over a website anymore to see what’s been added since your last visit! With a feed reader, you’ll have instant notification in your web browser whenever this website is updated, and you’ll be able to preview the new content without even clicking into the site.
Recommended feed readers include Sage for Firefox browsers (the best browser on the market - if you’re not using it, check out their site at www.Firefox.com and give it a try!), Google Reader, or the My Yahoo! Reader. To learn more about feed readers, you can take a look at Wikipedia’s article here.
